Could be transit bolts from a new washing machine. Fitted to keep the drum steady while being transported. They are removed just before fitting. Highly unlikely that they will be required again.

I'll take a wild guess- they might be the restraining bolts used to restrain a washing machine drum during delivery?

Look like the bolts that come in a new washing machine for transport, they're removed when installing the appliance. May be completely wrong though.

Ha, we can't all be wrong, surely!

Could they be locking dowels used in cabinet assembly?
If they are, then they would be driven into a panel, eg a side panel, and the screw head end would be locked into an adjoining panel, eg a shelf, and held in place by a circular locking nut.
    What size are they?

    Look like butt plugs.

U put them in to a dirty water butt to stop big lumps of crud being sucked in to the motor.
