Structural Survey - Bulges!

    Hello everyone,
I have a query about cracks/small bulges on the back external wall of my house (2-storey). At the very top, just under the soffit, there are a series of small bulges pushing out. They are evenly spaced and looks as though it could be the attic rafters putting some pressure on the wall? Has anyone come across this before..? Bulging enough that each one is cracking the wall.
House is 2006, mid-terrace (other houses around dont have this), and had pyrite which was completely remedied last year with green certs.
Any advice appreciated! Hoping it is just aesthetic..
    Thanks
