Foundations of old two story house in yard - Planning permission

    Hi our family lived in old two story house. Before we moved to bungalow 1/4 mile away in the 1970's.
    House became a ruin and all that is left is the foundation. What would i need to rebuild house from a planning permission perspective ?

    Have to reapply for full planning and comply with all current requirements.

    design drawings including plans, sections and elevations, indicating existing walls retained, extensions etc.

    you then also need all the other regular planning permission documents.
