    It probably feeds a second light. Does that sensor trigger another light.

    It's a link to drive another light without triggering a pir. So if you have one each side of the house you can link them. Do not put 230 into it as they are usually an a pulsed 12v. I don't know why because it would be handy to drive with a switch or timer.
