    Hey guys I'm getting Invisalign soon and looking for as much information as possible on them. What should I expect ? What are your experiences with them both good and bad ? I've had my consultation 5 weeks ago where they took impressions/scans/pics etc. How long should I be waiting for my aligners to come back??
    I'm getting both top and bottom and it is going to cost €4000.
    Also what are attachements and buttons and what happens if they have to file my teeth?

    Hi Clodagh,

    Good luck with the aligner treatment. Your questions are best answered by your orthodontist or dentist doing the treatment as it will be specific to your case. There is a thread on adult braces experiences you can go through that will have some info.

    The €4k you pay for treatment includes advice & information . You shouldn't have to trawl through the internet. Make a quick phone call or send an email to your orthodontist & they should be able to answer your questions accurately.

    I'm about to go for mine in Dublin City, I've been quoted 5,500 for top and bottom. Is this very expensive?
