Hi My final bill has come it says €-33.00 does this mean im in credit or im in Debt and if it is in credit how do i get my refund ?

This would mean that you are in credit and in order to have it refunded I would recommend contacting our online chat team at the following link https://www.eir.ie/chatnow/.
