Due in court

Due in court in June for an incident that occurred in early November last year where a bouncer in a well known Dublin nightclub racially abused me and I reacted, the charges are section 2 assault, abusive and threatening, and false information (all charges relates to the same incident). I have been to the courts on four separate times on this matter and each time it had been adjourned because the garda told my lawyer specifically that the section 2 charge would be dropped (the bouncer didn't want the publicity and the cctv would show an unbiased eye witness to support my claim)I agreed to plead guilty to the other charges in order to make it all go away quickly. So far the guard has never showed up to courts or contacted my lawyer since. On my last appearance in February I requested evidence for all the charges ...it's three months now of no contact from solicitor or guards. Anyone know if the case can be thrown out if still no evidence received as at court date in June ?, any information would be helpful to put my worried mind at ease. Thanks
