Nope. The first thing that might happen is they contact you over some discrepancy with your application in the first number of days. If that doesn't happen, the next thing is that the card will simply arrive as normal in the time allotted. if that time comes and goes and you've heard nothing about it, you can call the helpline and they can advise you as to whether the licence was approved and sent for printing. If that happened and you still didn't receive the card after some time has passed, they will declare it lost in post and issue a replacement...

It's probably going to arrive in a week no problem.
