Can anyone recommend a good bluetooth adaptor/receiver that plugs into a cars AUX port to stream music to? One that doesn't give feedback or the annoying drone that cheap eBay ones give?

    Cheers.

I've had a Tao Tronics TT-BA07 for 6 months and no complaints. Handy to use as a transmitter from the tv too

Thanks, I'll check it out. Is the sound quality decent too?

I had a different Tao Tronics one (https://www.amazon.co.uk/TaoTronics-Bluetooth-Receiver-Microphone-Streaming-Black/dp/B00Y29NXEA/), and it was very good. However, you do have to charge them, and I found that having it plugged in for power gave interference, so you'd only plug it in to power in the car if it went flat. Sound quality was great otherwise. Best bet is to bring it in once a week and charge it at home or at work. But that's only a small niggle really. I use it on an old stereo in the kitchen now.

Currently I'm using a Tunai Firefly in both cars.

Very handy and discrete if your aux and power points are close to each other. My power points don't turn on until the car is started, so I just leave it plugged in all the time. My phone connects immediately, and the sound quality if great. It only does music, not calls - but that's what I wanted as both cars already has hands-free built in. Only small issue is that the white LED is very bright at night. Hide it away, or stick a bit of electrical tape on it.

Thanks. The Tunai Firefly looks ideal as I, too already have hands-free built in for calls. Think I'll go with that. Thanks for the help, lads.
