EV being clamped

    I just saw a Leaf being clamped at Blanchardstown SC charging point.
    It wasn't plugged in so I'm guessing it's been there a while.
    However this now means the space is occupied until the owner decided to get the clamp removed.

    Indeed. It's why I advocated in a recent consultation by another county council (DLRCC) that provision to be added to deal with such situation like moving cars out of those charging spaces.
