Broadband issues

    [font=arial, sans-serif]Over the past 2 months I have experienced loss of broadband service due to faults on the line and faults with modem. Can you credit my account with the last 2 months charges for broadband as I have not received the service that I have paid for. Thanks for your help with this.[/font]

    Thanks for the message.

    I can not see any notes regarding a fault or loss of service, if you are looking to be compensated for a loss of service you will have to call our support team on 1901 to have this looked into.
