Buying Uk import from dealer

I’ve seen a nice car at a very good price & mileage from a dublin dealer, took it out for a drive and loved it. Dealer confirms it’s a UK import which is making me wary.

What do I need to check out/be aware of?

    Wouldn't worry about it.

    Better spec, easier roads.

Sure every car in Ireland is an import! We don't make any!

If you really want to do further checks put the UK Reg in to the MOT History checker and see its history.

You do a history check and ring the garages that stamped the service book the same way you would do it with an Irish car.

Beside everything like engine, body, chasis, gear, rust, smoke, fluid... etc, pls do a hisyory check to see any finance outstanding?
