    Hi paulopel,

Thank you for getting in touch.

Once you have registered with a supplier, you can get a deactivation code by calling our colleagues in the dedicated Pay As You Go team on 1850 372 372 (Monday to Saturday, 8am to 8pm). You will need to call from the property as you will need access to the meter. Once a deactivation code is given, the meter will revert to bill-pay.

Should you have any other questions, please don't hesitate to ask.

    Thanks,
    Aoife
