FS: CAAD12 Black Inc frameset

Bought second hand from friend of a friend. Haven’t built it up and lack of time means unlikely ever will.

In good condition. Can also sell a c bear bottom bracket for running shimano cranks if needed (used for approx 1k km)

Will post photos when I get home later but this is the frameset

Note the slammed stem so no room for adjusting stem height.

Wheels, bars, stem, saddle, cages not included.

There are some bb bearings installed at the moment. Not looked into what they are or bothered to remove them (obvs)

Is there any of the steerer tube left above the stem or is that spacer sitting on basically nothing? I'd be interested but would be a little worried about the slammed stem, not that it doesn't look pro. I've tried slamming mine and its fine on long training spins but as soon as it comes to racing my back used to be in bits...
