Can't find a marriage

    I'm struggling to find a marriage for James Connell and Ellen Fitzpatrick - the couple mentioned in this census return. Their first born son James was born in November 1887. Maybe one of ye might have a look and spot something I've missed.

    Can't find a civil record.

    Unfortunately not, nor witnesses, not even an address. Of course that's the transcription. It might be worth having a look at the actual parish record if you could.

    The last few weeks of 1886 Mohill civil marriage records seem to be missing from the indexes and Irish Genealogy. Even going through the images manually there seems to be a gap between mid-November and January 1887.
