    This is very true. I stupidly made an order with them a few weeks ago, only to get a despatch notice that the product was coming from China this week. There was no indication that the product would be despatched from anywhere other than Ireland when I ordered, so that was a surprise.

    Worse still, I noted that there are some products from the same fulfilment company that are over the excise limit and no warning that they would be subject to excise/VAT charges when entering the country.

    Very dodgy. Of course, Pigsback customer service simply said take it up with the fulfilment company.
