    We have e-mail addresses associated to our home telephone account with eir.
    (They were set up using the direct dial-up method.)

    We have tried to access the e-mails via https://www.eir.ie/Email/login.htm 
    For some reason the system does not recognise us and we canot log in to access them ?
    There is no problem accessing the e-mails via dial-up.

    What can we do to fix this ?
