UK Jeweller Postage Issue

Have been after a particular watch for a while now but it was only a limited edition release and has been sold out absolutely everywhere or going for inflated prices on ebay and chrono24. So imagine my delight when I found one on a UK chain jeweller's website for a very good price. I placed my order and sat back eagerly looking forward for my new watch to arrive!

Then came the dreaded your order has been cancelled email..... :( I used a Northern Ireland Parcel Motel but apparently they refuse to ship to PO boxes and only post to UK and NI. I contacted them to see if they could make any special arrangements but they're standing firm which is very disappointing and quite strange for them to be refusing a sale. Is there any other options left for me or have other people encountered these issues when ordering before? Cheers!

cheap ryanair flight day return if you want it that badly? How much are we walking about for the watch? You could be there and back in a day for lass than €100 including air fare, train if necessary etc..

Under 500 so don't really want to go to those lengths. Just frustrating knowing it's so close but yet so far!

Does the UK chain have any branches in Northern Ireland? Ask can they send it 'internally' there and you drive up and collect?
Or do you know anyone in the UK who would take receipt of this and send it on (long shot)

Suggested this to them but no they've no NI branches, just Scotland and the UK.

Been racking my brains trying to think of someone but no luck.

Cheers for all the suggestions anyway guys!

I think that some mail forwarding services give an address with "Suite 1234" rather than a more obvious PO box number. Might be worth looking into.

    Try address pal
Uk mainland address and if you want to leave off the personal Id code it will still get to you and you can speed it up if you put say DR ______ to narrow down your name

Don't try Addresspal. Only 40 Euro insurance. Read the addresspal thread

The narrower a man’s mind, the broader his statements.
