Prepping for class tomorrow. I thought when I became a grown-up / teacher things would improve but I'm still the same procrastinating disorganized mess I always was.

Going a massive spring clean.
Washing walls and tiles in the kitchen and climbed up to see what's lurking on top of the cupboards.

I probably could be making an effort to socialize more, I often used to feel like a real loser not being out with people in loud pubs every night of the week but as I get older I realize its ok to be on your own. if its what you want, then you are actually more miserable forcing yourself to meet people.

Since I'm in TY, I don't have much obligations. I do, however, have a presentation on my ideal job for economics and a North Korea essay for politics. Fortunately, I worked ahead on the economics presentation, so that leaves me with a bit more free time.

Being retired, the stock answer is that there is nothing I should be doing at any time. But, in reality, I should be making use of this available time.
Instead I'm procrastinating over a list of activities.

YAY! When folk are aghast that I live alone etc, I tell them that if they do not like their own company how can they expect others to.. We all need "alone time"
