Upper limb nerve pain while running

Just wondering if anyone on here suffers from aggravation of their upper limb nerves while running and if so is there anything they have done to ease it or prevent it?
I was recently diagnosed with foraminal stenosis and the nerve that seems to be aggravated is my radial nerve, I get an awful ache in my right arm after a run and to a lesser extent in my left arm. I was attending a physio for a while and still do the exercises but nothing seems to help. I also seen an orthopedic specialist and he said I was ok to continue running and there were injections I could get if the pain gets really bad, not ideal really.
Would love to get to the bottom of it and get it sorted but nothing so far has really worked. :(

Do you get the same pain outside of running, or is running the only thing that aggrevates it? I've seen one or two cyclists with this condition and it causes them particular issues when in TT bike position. The tucking of the neck in that position causes extra compression on the affected nerve.

Yeah cycling also aggravates it and swimming, even weight training, pushes/pulls, whether it be body weight or free weights, they all seem to fire the nerve up.
I can live without swimming or cycling but I'd really like to get back running.
I was out of action for a while after DCM last year and only got back running in January, but the pain after running was a lot worse than it used to be, I've pretty much done no running since.
