water meter lid is loose/broken

    Hello,
    I reported some weeks ago that my water meter lid was loose or broken.
    I am a business customer  of Irish water and as the water meter is outside of my B&B it has the potential to cause an accident as it is sticking up from the ground and someone could trip over it.
    Could you please advise if someone will come out to fix the problem.
