Hi I'm looking for recommendations for mortgage brokers in South Dublin/north Wicklow?
Is it worth going through a broker or going to banks directly?

I'd highly recommend using a broker as they will shop around for you to get you the best deal.

I just recently bought a house and I dealt with this crowd:

    http://www.cmcc.ie/

Stephen Cox is the guy I dealt with and was so easy to deal with. No need to meet or phone as he will do everything via email.

He also will recommend solicitors, conveyances etc.

I never thought in a million years that I could apply and get approved for a mortgage all from my computer screen :)
