Satellite box recommendation

Ok, due to my delight at the Tiviar Alpha I've decided I'm going to upgrade my setup in the kitchen in the near future.

I'm in the market for an affordable single (or dual DVB-S + DVB-T) box that will take OpenAtv and be used for FTA. I do not need recording and will use a usb key for CrossEPG and picons. I'd like something small that sticks to the back of the TV as my TV is on a swivel and not back against a wall. I have a Logitech Harmony remote so it does not necessarily need to have an eye as i could control it through a IR blaster. Any recommendations?

Consider using an Android box/stick and streaming over home network?

I use Fire Stick 2 on bedroom TV to stream TV from living room Formuler F1 (very similar to the Tivar) using 'Dream Box' app. Gives full EPG, HD streams fine over 5 GHz wifi connection (the Fire TV) with the Formuler connected using Ethernet.

I already have satellite and terrestrial feeds at the TV and would like to add tuner(s). I do plan on doing this at another TV though

    I have found this

Is this just a smaller version of the mini? Any good?

I seem to remember looking at the specs of that box before and thinking that specs were fairly similar to os mini.

Go to freetv.ie and compare the boxes. Both have the tuners etc that you need.

I don't know if openatv can be used on the one you linked

Openatv is an option to select when buying from world of sat so it's definitely available. Think I'll go for this one next payday

    Yes, the Android based boxes

My Edison OS Nino was delivered today. It's a very neat little dual tuner box, runs Openatv very smoothly. I'm using a usb key as storage as I don't plan on recording on this box. I'll get an image up later once I get it fully setup the same as the Tiviar (so it passes the missus test)
