Wooden Number Plaque

Hey, just wondering would anyone know where I could pick up just a plain wooden plaque ideally in a parallelogram shape so I can put a house number on it? Is there somewhere in the city centre or else online that people can recommend? Nothing mad expensive, just for the front of the house. Thanks! :)
