Horrible school teacher

I am writing in regards to school and the unfair treatment that I have received. My art teacher <snip>. She is rude to me and I feel that she is racist. She bullies me in class and doesn’t help me. She shouts at me every lesson and when I complain to my year head <snip> he doesn’t help me. I feel that nobody in the school helps me when i ask for help. This is a racist school that needs to be investigated. She wastes my class time by taking me out of the class. and she lets other students use tracing paper but shouts at me when I do. I spoke to other teachers about her but they have not helped me. I just want to do my work and get good grades but she keeps standing in my way and wasting my time and her time. I now am contacting you because the school has not supported me and helped me in this. Please stop this psychological pain. The school isnt helping and i dont know what to do.
