Shed walls floor and ceiling

    I have a 15 foot x 13 foot shed.

The walls are fairly ok but I want them smooth so I'm thinking a skim coat or would it have to be slabbed first?

Want self levelling compound on the floor to get it level, again it's not awful but some little bumps etc.

The ceiling is just wooden roof beams so want that done as well.

What are my best options to get it done cheaply but nicely finished?
As in I don't need it insulated or anything but want a smooth finish and have it looking like a proper room.

How much would I be looking at for materials and labour?

    TIA.
