    Thanks for posting here on Boards.

    Direct Debits would be set up initially through the company you intend on having the Direct Debit with. You'd typically sign a mandate allowing the company to present this mandate on a certain date and frequency decided by yourselves.

    If you'd rather pay by Standing Order, this can be set up by yourself on 365 online. Please log onto your account through a browser or a PC and go to 'Manage Accounts', and 'Manage Standing Orders', and 'Create new Standing order'.

    You'll need the BIC and IBAN for the payee account too.
