Hey Op, not sure if you've resolved this yourself..... but are you just looking for a good plan, or are you considering setting up a Group Scheme for your employees?

If the latter VHI, Irish Life Health and Laya all offer Group Schemes

    https://www.vhi.ie/employers
    http://www.irishlifehealth.ie/employers/
    https://www.layahealthcare.ie/employerhealthschemes/lookingafteryourbusiness/

you can get in contact with them to discuss about setting up a Group Scheme. My general understanding of a Group Scheme is that you need a minimum amount of people (not sure what that is, but each can tell you) to participate and you may be able to decide on a plan, or a range of plans, provide a discount as part of the Scheme and waiting periods and choose a time of the year that would suit to start the GS and decide who will be the Scheme administrator and eligibility employees have to have to join (e.g. passing probation, certain roles as a benefit) etc., and can decide whether you just want to insure the employee, or their partners/spouses and children too, or whether it's full for the employee and they just pay for the spouse and other members, decide how it is paid (e.g. full company paid or salary deduction). All those things you can discuss with the insurer even setting how it is managed e.g. changes being made if it's done through the Scheme admin or a broker or through the insurer.

As far as I'm aware of anyone can set up a Group Scheme, not just a business, although that could be hearsay.
I understand too that if you don't want to go down the Group Scheme route there may be the possibility for the company to pay directly by providing a Direct Debate Mandate form signed by the directors for each individual, although it will be at the normal rate for a plan and without all the frills of benefits and services for a Group Scheme.

It probably is worth investigating anyway
