Irish water refund

    My mother returned a cheque on 13th Dec 17 as it was in my deceased father name, Irish water confirmed receipt and said it would issue shortly. 4 months on and numerous calls still no cheque. Absolutely appalling customer service especially to a pensioner. Any idea how to escalate tho. They have a code of practice and say they will try resolve issues in 5 days.... thanks cil
