Unusual plumbing problem

Just out of the blue the water pressure in the main bathroom sink has dropped to no more than a trickle. Hot and cold, both the same. Funny thing is the bath is fine as is the en suite and downstairs toilet sink. The water tank in the attic is full and fills up fine when low. There is no issue elsewhere with toilets filling up ok too.

Any ideas why this has happened and what to check for?

Is it a mixer tap or two separate taps for the hot & cold?

A photo would help if you can

It's a mixer tap. Photo attached with tap running showing weak flow. Same for hot and cold.

It could be an airlock or blocked filters but it's much more likely the monobloc tap itself if water is fine everywhere else

There is a ceramic cartridge inside the tap that might need replacing

Would that be easy enough to check out myself without getting in a plumber?

Check the filters at the tap spouts

Just to update it was a blockage in the tap filter so a simple fix. Thanks for the help all.
