    Last autumn I had an assessment visit from the new Public Health Nurse

    A long list of questions..

    One startled me; "Do you feel safe?"

    I replied yes;I am after all on a small island, with few folk here .a good dog and a sturdy door.

    Hate to think of old folk living in fear..

    Do you feel safe?
