Renovation & extension grants?

    Hi, due to the dire lack of supply we are looking at buying an older house and renovating and extending. Does anyone know if there are any grants other than the seai grants (as per their website) and the HRI that we could avail of. We are not first time buyers. The HRI is due to finish end of 2018, so unless it’s extended we will miss the boat on that. We will be doing this in Munster if that matters. Thanks for reading

    Thanks Dardania, I just came across SuperHomes, would their grant be of a greater value than the seai grants? I must give them a bell
