Grapefruit tree issues

    So I grew a grapefruit tree from a pip in 1999. Around 2009 it became too big for the house so I moved it in to my back garden (in Co. Wicklow). Despite the fact that I have no clue about gardening it somehow survived!

    Anyway there is some issue with it as there are holes on some of the leaves as can be seen in the photo below. Can someone advise me on the best course of action? Many thanks.
