Incident on quay, friday 6th

    I was driving up the quay towards the tower yesterday evening around 7.00 when I passed what looked like a major incident had occurred. At the clock tower end of the Plaza there was was 5 or 6 Garda cars, two ambulances and a fire engine, I haven't seen anything reported so just curious if anyone knows what was going on ?
