In my job we are looking to set up a site which will hold all of our work information on it and we want it to be able to run reports so it gives it exact number of the work we have done. We currently have it on a shared document on google drive but we want to make it easier for everyone to go on see what is happening and were. For example for this month we may set up 40 accounts for people. We want to be able to see a monthly report that says we have set up 40 accounts 7 accouts where swap accounts 10 where charged accounts and 23 where new accounts. We are an IT company but are looking to set this up ourselves to impress our bosses. Any help would be greatly appreciated!

Try Google sheets. Can share with others via email. Can export as graphs etc.

I'd imagine that you'd need a database backed website to do this. You could try something like angular as a js web stack using google's firebase as noSql storage...

Have you any familiarity with html and css?

@TheBaldEagle: Can any of you code? It sounds like a simple application.
