Does anybody know what the construction is going on above Doyle's bar in Phibsboro?

Considering the windows on the top floor have been smashed and missing for years with all the rain just pouring in, It cant be in too good a state. Hopefully it's actual improvement work and not just shoring up things before it caves in.

They've either reconditioned the old windows or put new sash windows in, there's a lot of stuff coming out into skips too.

I've heard there's going to be a restaurant there.

Would be great if they did something with that other South West corner too. Former bookies that had been vacant for years. Something like Natural Bakery or Butler's Chocolate cafe maybe?
