car off road since September

    Hi all,

    Got a new car last september. Still have the old one in the drive.

    When I sell it on, is the tax written off up to now for the new owner?

    I didn't think i had to declare it anywhere?

    Yes,back tax will be written off for the new owner.They will be taxed from the 1st of whatever month they buy the car.
