    Hi
As a runner and a blow in, I find it difficult to find others to run longer runs with (10k+). I spend a lot of time in Paris and am a member of a running group there called "Let's run Paris" that caters for half and marathon running training. There are no fees and people just meet up twice a week and run. Distances are usually organised to coincide with local events. All done via Facebook.
Would something like this work in Kilkenny?
    Yer thoughts would be appreciated
    Fran

Sounds like a Great idea. Park run is only 5k and has good support.
I am sure there are people out there who are looking to do more than 5k. I am only starting back running this week and have to build back up to a 5k but itnwould be interested in a while of doing a 10k at least once a week
