Babysitting medical release form

    Hi there,

    I have been babysitting for friends and family for a while now and I want to babysit for other families in the summer.

    I am trained in first aid and A.E.D.

    Is it necessary for a parent to sign a medical release form in case of an emergency?

    I have seen this on a lot of American childminding websites but can’t find the info relating to Ireland.

    If I do need this form, is there a specific place that I can obtain it or can I make it myself.
