Anything to watch out for I’m thinking of buying one. has a cab how much should I pay. Are they reliable. Are they Fast on the road thanks in advance.
What are the gears in them like to drive. Ad says it has a reconditioned engine. Good brakes and a steering lift.

We've a little zetor 4712 here for small jobs which is the older version of the 4911. Engine and gearbox are indestructible. Very good on diesel too. Won't have power steering but it wouldn't be too heavy. Good lift also for a tractor of that size/power but would need a lot of weight up front to handle silage bales without rearing up. The gear change is a column shift which is nice to use. The 4911 will have a decent can also. Biggest problem is the brakes. They are hydraulic operated drums. The seals on the brake clyinders are useless and they will leak however the modern replacements are much better quality than the originals. There are pins on which the brake shoes pivot that are prone to seizing if the tractor isn't used often. Got ours bronze bushed years ago and no issues since. Other issue would be rust but what 1970s tractor won't have that problem?

As for fast on the road they have a top speed of 30km/h on the standard tyres which I think are 12.4r32.
