A small club I'm involved with is holding a band night in a hotel which we are charging an entrance fee. We have been told we should have liability insurance since we are charging in but the hotel is insisting that we don't require it since we are covered under their insurance. Can someone clarify this for me. Thanks

I would think that hotel insurance is enough. Similar to wedding/party.
