Would a b&b be much in demand in the green castle area in Dunegal ?

I would be doing my research a lot more local than Boards - checkout Trip Advisor, Air BnB, Trivago etc and see what competition is out there. More and more a good B and B needs a niche or quality USP - I stayed in a hotel in Kenmare recently and was raging I hadn't booked the B and B opposite their food was super and the staff excellent compared to a less than mediocre hotel experience.
Does Greencastle need a B and B? I have no idea. Would I stay in one that did excellent food and let me bring the dog - definitely.
