Hi Galway people. I'm heading to Galway on the 21st of this month , a Saturday with 4 friends. We are staying about half a mile for Eyre Square, hoping to have a meal and then hit a few pubs. Just wondering is there anything special on anywhere that day/evening/night. We are in our 40s so I suppose an 80s night would be fun but any suggestions welcome.

Most blatant case of fraudulent advertising since my suit against the film The Never Ending Story.

The Quays bar on quay street has live music every night and is very popular with all ages on Saturday nights. It’s near the house hotel if you want cocktails first. Have a great evening.
