    when it comes to insurance is a case of refusing a sample the same or worse than been convicted of drink driving?:confused:

    You might as well ask if you have a better chance of survival if you jump from the 33rd instead of the 34th floor.

    Its seen as worse generally if you refuse.

    Worse.

    IIRC it carries an automatic 2 or 3 year ban.

    By refusing it implies the worst.
