Glasshouse Build

Currently building a lean to glasshouse 10.5 metre long and 4.2mtres wide. Walls are build. Looking at puting a 6mm toughened glass roof on it weighing 15kg per sq mtr. What sized roof trusses should I use - looking at 6*2.5 Accoya or Teak at 500mm spacings but might be overkill - would I get away with 4*2.5 or less ?
