HR question

    Hi All,

I have a HR question I'm hoping somebody can help me with. I was part of an investigation process at work that is just coming to an end. The outcome was that my account was proven true, and the report found that I had been subjected to harassment and bulllying for an extended period of time. I have heard a line popping up a lot lately when I speak to HR and even my manager has said it, that "we are all bound by the terms of reference" which I think is them saying that basically I can't say anything to anyone.

So I went back and read the terms of reference I signed at the beginning of the process and it really just looks like a layout of the process to me. Then again I'm not from a HR background, so could very easily be missing something!

Can someone help me with this? Tell me what exactly the terms of reference mean?

Not in HR but I assume it means you can't introduce anything new that wasn't part of the original investigation. I could be wrong though.

What is that you want to do now that the process is coming to an end?
