Mobile data not working on my phone

    Hello,

    I recently changed phones from a Doro to a HTC smartphone. In order to use my number with this phone I needed to upgrade my SIM card to a newer smaller ("micro" sim). All is  working fine apart from mobile data. I cannot seem to connect to the web from the phone. There is no data indicator on the phone (for example 3g, 4g etc), only the reception bars. I have checked the settings on my phone, the mobile data function is turned on. Can you check please that my SIM is enabled for Mobile data. I will PM details over to necessary representative.
