    1. I am the executor of a will and need to change the name of the cheque sent to the deceased customer. How do I do this?

    You can download this form and send it back to us and we will be able to reissue the cheque in your name.

    You can send this to the following address:

    Cork City, Cork.

    2. Who is responsible for the blocked drain outside my house?

    If it is a storm water drain that is blocked, then you will have to contact your Local Authorities, as storm drain maintenance remains within their remit.

    However, if there is a blocked sewer pipe in a public area we can investigate this on your behalf.

    3. I haven’t received my refund cheque. Can you help?

    We are currently working to ensure that all refund cheques are issued. If you have yet to receive your refund cheque, please provide the following information by PM and we can investigate further.

    - Name;
    - Address;
    - Account Number; and
    - WPRN.
       
    4. I have received approval for my pre-connection application. How do I apply for a New Connection?

    After a pre- connection application is submitted and accepted, you can apply for a new connection through our website. You can apply for this here.
