Starting new course but registered for another.

    Hi,

    My younger brother is starting a new degree (Level 7) later in the year but is already registered in another college (level 8) for exams only (doesn't attend) he has to repeat.
    He has no intention to finish the latter since he has the new course lined up.
    Can he start another course while registered? or should he withdraw officially?
