Severe cramps maybe from hunger?

    I have noticed in the past couple of months that I experience severe cramps. They usually occur around 10 pm at night if I've eaten my last meal at 7.
    They are not just discomfort cramps with stomach rubbles, I am literally heaving over with pain and cannot stand up straight when walking.
    I have been to the doctor about 2 years ago because I got a few of them so I had a scan and it was fine.
    Is there anyone who can tell me what this could be as I feel they're a bit more than just hunger pangs unfortunately? I will seek help from my gp but does this sound like anything to people on here ?
